This is a photo taken of my tv screen during an episode of "600 Pound Virgin". The poor guy seems to be completely taken advantage of by the reality tv people of TLC just to entertain saps like me. This is his extra skin. Those are his balls? I can't decide. Maybe just another skin flap.
